Shipping Time & Methods

EUROPE: Shipments for the rest of Europe are FREE for orders over 100€. Orders under 100€ have a shipping cost of 15€. Shipments will be made with ZELERIS and with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days.

SPAIN: (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) Shipments for Spain are FREE for orders over 100€. Orders under 100€ have a shipping cost of 8€.  Shipments will be made with TIPSA and with an estimated delivery time of  2-3 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD: Shipments outside Europe will have an additional cost depending on the country. Shipping costs will be displayed in the purchase process. Shipments will be made with ZELERIS and with an estimated delivery time of 5-15 working days.

Please note that any order made after 12.00a.m (GMT +1) on Friday will be prepared to be sent on the Monday of the following week. National holidays in Spain can also cause delays in deliveries.

To ensure maximum security and speed, all orders are shipped via TIPSA and ZELERIS services. Once the shipment has been sent, the delivery company will notify of your tracking number and you can check the status of your order on the company's website.

Deliveries are made between 8:30a.m. and 07:00p.m. and require a signature from the person who receives the shipment, to guarantee the safe reception of the order.


Your order may be delayed due to the overall increase in shipments made during the Black Friday period. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.


If you wish to receive your order before December 23rd, your order must be made before December 19th at 12.00a.m. (GMT + 1) for shipments to Spain or before December 16th to the rest of Europe.


All Dolfie products are property and responsibility of "I Love Dolfie S.L." until payment is received and products are shipped to the address specified by the customer. Products are insured against accidental loss or damage during shipment.

In any case, this situation must be proven by TIPSA/ZELERIS services. If your shipment takes longer than 10 working days, please contact us. Please notify us of this delay within less 30 days from the estimated delivery date, so that we can solve the problem. 

Make sure your shipment arrives correctly when you receive it. Any claims that may arise, we invite you to contact our team. Dolfie packaging must be kept in perfect condition to request the claim.
