SIZE GUIDE FOR:
EVERY FOOT IS UNIQUE
THE HUMAN FOOT IS MADE TO MOVE FREELY: WALK, RUN, FEEL THE GROUND... BE BAREFOOT.
BUT SOMETIMES, YOU NEED TO WEAR SHOES.
WE KNOW THAT FINDING THE PERFECT SIZE ISN'T ALWAYS EASY.
THAT'S WHY HERE'S A COMPLETE SIZE GUIDE.
To choose your ideal size:
1. It’s important to measure your foot accurately (follow our guide on how to measure your feet).
2. If you have some shoes that fit you well (preferably barefoot shoes), you can measure their insole and compare it with our insole measurements and lengths. This will help you select the perfect size. Also, pay attention to the type of insole: if it’s flat (like Dolfie’s), you can use the full measurement. If it’s concave (with a slightly raised heel edge), you should subtract approximately 0.4–0.5 cm from the total measurement to compare correctly.
3. Please consider the fit you prefer: loose, recommended, or snug. We recommend leaving up to a maximum of 1 cm difference between your foot length and the insole length, depending on personal preference. More than that may feel too loose.
Please note that sizing may vary between models, as we use different soles and lasts. That’s why it’s always a good idea to check the specific size guide for the model you want to buy.
IMPORTANT if you're not used to walking barefoot or wearing this type of footwear:
Start with the 8mm transition insole: it provides cushioning and helps you ease into barefoot step by step.
TO CONSIDER: SHOE MATERIAL: If it’s leather, our leathers are very soft and will naturally stretch with wear, adapting to your foot.
How to measure your feet:
Art by @ilalovesmowgli
1. Place your heel against a wall.
2. Place a book or magazine and gently press it against your longest toe.
3. Mark that point and measure the distance from the wall to the mark: this is the simplest and most accurate way to get your foot’s true length.
4. Measure both feet and always use the larger measurement, as it's common for one foot to be slightly longer than the other
After measuring your foot accurately, you can now check the size guide for the model you're interested in:
