SIZE GUIDE FOR:

EVERY FOOT IS UNIQUE

BELOW YOU'LL FIND A COMPLETE SIZE GUIDE, BECAUSE EVERY FOOT HAS ITS OWN SHAPE AND PROPORTIONS…AND MAKING THEM ALL HAPPY ISN’T EASY.

THE HUMAN FOOT IS MADE TO MOVE FREELY: TO WALK, TO RUN, TO FEEL THE GROUND…TO BE BAREFOOT.
BUT SOMETIMES, SHOES ARE NEEDED.

To find your ideal size:
It’s important to measure your foot properly and consider the type of insole you prefer and the fit you’re looking for.

Keep in mind that sizing may vary between models, as we use different soles and lasts. That’s why it’s always a good idea to check the specific size guide for the model you want to buy.

IMPORTANT if you're not used to walking barefoot or wearing this type of footwear:

Start with the 8mm transition insole: it provides cushioning and helps you ease into barefoot step by step. Switching too quickly can cause discomfort if your feet aren’t used to it. Listen to them and take it slow - the transition is key.

How to measure your feet:

1.    Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall.

2.    Stand on it barefoot with your heel touching the wall.

3.    Mark the tip of your longest toe with a straight pencil.

4.    Measure the distance from the wall to the mark. Since one foot is usually slightly larger than the other, measure both and use the longer one.

What should you consider when choosing your size?

In addition to foot length, the width of your foot, the insole you use, and the kind of feel you're looking for while walking all play a role.

Shoe material

If it’s leather, our leathers are very soft and will naturally stretch with wear, adapting to your foot.

Each pair includes 2 insoles so you can customize the fit:

8mm insole (comes inside the shoe):
Ideal if you have narrower-than-average feet, you're transitioning to barefoot, or you prefer more cushioning.
Feel: a closer, more cushioned fit.

3mm insole (comes separately in the box):
Ideal if you have wider-than-average feet or want a more barefoot feel and greater freedom of movement.
Feel: more room inside the shoe and a closer connection to the ground.

How to choose the right size

Check the size chart based on the length of your foot and keep the following in mind:

  • Wider-than-average feet: if you're between sizes, go for the larger one.
  • Narrower-than-average feet: if you're between sizes, choose the smaller one.
  • 8mm insole: this insole takes up some space. If you plan to use it and you're close to the upper limit of a size, it's better to size up.
