ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTING A REFUND

Good condition of the product: The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any signs of use, and always with the relevant receipt. If possible, the product should be returned in the same packaging it was received in. Returns period: 14 days from the date of receipt.

Changes, with home collection, are free once.

Returns, with home collection are free provided the final amount of the order, once the return is made, is more than 100€. If it is lower, the cost of the return will be 8€ in the Peninsula (Spain). For international returns, from the islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the cost of the return will correspond to the shipping cost.

You can inform us that you wish to return a product through the customer area of dolfieparadise.com or writing to dolfie@dolfie.net. We will contact you with 24-48 hours to resolve any questions.

The customer will be responsible for the management and costs of shipping the package to the DOLFIE PARADISE facilities. To do this, you can choose the courier that best suits you.

  • CHANGING SIZES from home

If you want to change sizes of your order, you have to inform us about the new size you are looking for in your costumer area or via dolfie@dolfie.net. For an exchange of size in Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Mexico, Canada or America, the costumer have to return the first order and place a new order with new sizes. Customs expenses of these returns will be subtracted from the refund.

For our part, the moment we receive your email, we will inform you, by means of an electronic mail, the reception of it.

To comply with the return period, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Dolfie will proceed to make the refund within 30 working days from the date on which we receive the goods back to our warehouse and will do so using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction. Both the products and the goods shall be in perfect condition to refund the purchase.
