If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 working days from the day you receive the product.
Returns, collected at home, are free provided if the final amount of the order is more than 100€. If it is lower, the cost of the return will be 8€ in Peninsula. For international returns, from Canaria or Baleares Islands, from Ceuta and Melilla the cost of return will correspond to the shipping cost.
Changes, collected at home, are free.
How to make a change or return?

- Log in with your username and password
- Once inside, click on the section "Order history"
- In this section you can select the order and products you want to change or return, by filling the form
- In the field reserved for comments, please indicate the reason for the change or return
- You will receive an email, confirming the registration of your request and we will contact you as soon as we can
In order to comply with the return deadline, the communication regarding the return must be sent before the corresponding deadline.
In the case of returns due defective product, the shipping cost are at our expense. In addition to the value of the products purchased, the amount relating to the transport cost shall also be reimbursed.
Dolfie will proceed to make the refund within 15 working days from the date on which we receive the product in our warehouse and will do the same payment used by the customer for the inicial transaction.
The product and its packaging must be returned in perfect condition. The delivery company will contact you to schedule a day and time to take the package.
