EXCHANGES

Size and model exchanges are free of charge.

You can request a free exchange for a different size or model with pickup and delivery included on orders over €130 within Western Europe (excluding the UK and Switzerland).
We’ll send you a prepaid return label and arrange collection at the address provided in your order.

RETURNS

For returns that do not involve a size or model exchange, we will issue a full refund minus the shipping and return costs:

  • Spain: €8
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €12
  • Western Europe: €15

Rest of the World:

Non-Western EU, UK, USA, Switzerland, Turkey, South America, Asia, Africa, and Russia:
Due to high shipping costs and complex customs procedures, orders and returns from Non-Western Europe and outside Europe are logistically complicated and expensive. For this reason, we do not accept returns from these countries.

CONDITIONS

Both the product and its original packaging must be returned in perfect condition.
The return will be picked up at the same address provided in your order.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

1.    Visit www.dolfieparadise.com

2.    Log into your account with your username and password

3.    Go to “Order history and details”

4.    Select the order and item(s) you wish to exchange or return, and complete the form

5.    In the comment field, please include the reason for your request

6.    You’ll receive an email confirming your request, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible

In case of defective items, we will cover all shipping costs.
You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping fees.
