EXCHANGES
Exchanges for a different size or model are free of charge in Spain and the following Western European countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Italy (except the United Kingdom and Switzerland).
You can request a free exchange for another size or model on orders over €130. We will send you a prepaid shipping label, and you can drop off your package at your nearest post office.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to extremely high logistics costs and the significant environmental impact associated with multiple shipments and return collections, only one free exchange per order is permitted. Once an exchange has been completed, the order shall be considered final, and no further exchanges or returns will be accepted.
RETURNS
If you choose to return your order without requesting a size or model exchange, the total amount of the order will be refunded, minus the return shipping and collection costs per pair, as follows:
Spain: €10
Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €14
Western Europe: €15 Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Italy (except the United Kingdom and Switzerland).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns apply exclusively to original orders. Once an exchange has been completed, the order shall be deemed final and no returns will be accepted. This measure is necessary due to the extremely high logistics costs and the environmental impact generated by repeated shipments and return collections.
- COUNTRIES WHERE WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
For orders placed from countries not included in our free exchange list, such as non-Western EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, North America, South America, Asia, Africa and Russia, shipping and return processes are significantly more complex and costly due to high transportation expenses and customs procedures.
As an independent brand, we strive to offer free shipping, fully covering the cost of sending your Dolfies. However, return collections from these countries can be 2 or 3 times more expensive, and we have not yet found a sustainable way to manage this part of the process.
For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges from these countries.
Tip: We know choosing the right size can be tricky, so we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to help you find your perfect fit. We want you to receive your Dolfie, love them, and feel that they were made especially for you.
- COUNTRIES WE DO NOT SHIP TO
Due to customs issues and high additional charges for customers, we do not ship to: Turkey, Israel and Ukraine.
CONDITIONS
We accept exchanges and returns within 15 days from the delivery date.
Both the product and its packaging must be returned in perfect, unused condition, exactly as received. Please wrap the shoe box in paper or place it inside a bag, so that shipping labels are not attached directly to the Dolfie box.
Once the package arrives at our warehouse and we verify that everything is in perfect condition, your exchange or refund will be processed.
Collections will be arranged from the same address used for the original order.
Important: If the item shows signs of use or arrives in conditions different from those described above, we reserve the right to reject the exchange/return or apply a deduction for loss of value.
Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate products such as socks.
Defects: If your product shows a possible manufacturing defect, we want to resolve it in the fastest and most sustainable way possible. Please contact us, and if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer the appropriate solution (for example: a replacement, a refund, or an alternative).
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

2. Log into your account with your username and password
3. Go to “Order history and details”
4. Select the order and item(s) you wish to exchange or return, and complete the form
5. In the comment field, please include the reason for your request
6. You’ll receive an email confirming your request, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible
