EXCHANGES

Exchanges for a different size or model are free of charge in Spain and the following Western European countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Italy (except the United Kingdom and Switzerland).

You can request a free exchange for another size or model on orders over €130. We will send you a prepaid shipping label, and you can drop off your package at your nearest post office.

NOTE: Please note that, due to the high logistical costs and in order to ensure a sustainable process, only one free exchange per order is allowed. Once an exchange has been processed, further exchanges or returns will not be possible.

RETURNS

For returns that do not involve a size or model exchange, we will issue a full refund minus the shipping and return costs per pair:

  • Spain: €8
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €12
  • Western Europe: €15 Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Italy (except the United Kingdom and Switzerland).

Rest of the World:

For orders from countries not included in our list of free exchanges, such as NON-Western Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Russia, shipping and returns are more complex and costly due to high transportation fees and customs procedures.

As an independent brand, we strive to offer free shipping, fully covering the cost of sending your Dolfies. However, return collections from these countries can be 2 or 3 times more expensive, and we have not yet found a sustainable way to manage this part of the process. For this reason, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges from these countries.

We know choosing the right size can be tricky, so we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to help you find your perfect fit. We want you to receive your Dolfie, love them, and feel that they were made especially for you.

CONDITIONS

Both the product and its original packaging must be returned in perfect condition.
The return will be picked up at the same address provided in your order.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate products such as socks.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

1.    Visit www.dolfieparadise.com

2.    Log into your account with your username and password

3.    Go to “Order history and details”

4.    Select the order and item(s) you wish to exchange or return, and complete the form

5.    In the comment field, please include the reason for your request

6.    You’ll receive an email confirming your request, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible

In case of defective items, we will cover all shipping costs.
You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping fees.
