The return is currently free.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us within 15 working  days. To do so, follow these steps:

- Go to

- Log in with your username and password

- Go to your personal panel or "Account"

- Once inside, click on the section "Order history"

- In it you can select the order and products you want to change or return, completing the form

- In the field reserved for comments, please indicate the reason for the change or return. 

You will receive an email confirming the registration of your request and we will take care of it. A courier will contact you to schedule a day and time for the collection of the package.

As an international customer, you can return your parcel using postal service. We will contact you by mail once we’ve received your exchange. 

For our part, the moment we receive your email, we will inform you, by means of an electronic mail, the reception of it.

To comply with the return period, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Dolfie will proceed to make the refund within 30 working days from the date on which we receive the goods back to our warehouse and will do so using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction. Both the products and the goods shall be in perfect condition to refund the purchase.
