We offer one FREE EXCHANGE for another size or style that you prefer for orders above 100€. We will provide you with a prepaid postage label for your Exchange with collection and delivery at the address provided in your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 business days from the day you receive your order.
For returns without change of size or model, a refund will be issued minus shipping & collection costs:
Europe: € 15 - North & South America: € 20 - Asia: € 27 - Africa: € 27 - Russia: € 25 - Spain: € 8 - Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 12, for the 1 product. Additional products will have an extra cost of 4€ in total.
The product and its packaging must be returned in perfect condition. Courier will pick up in the address provided in the order and refund will be issued once product arrives in our warehouse.
How to make an exchange or return in your Dolfie account?
- Go to dolfieparadise.com
- Log in with your username and password
- Once inside, click on the section "Order history"
- In this section you can select the order and products you want to change or return, by filling the form
- In the field reserved for comments, please indicate the reason for the change or return
- You will receive an email, confirming the registration of your request and we will contact you as soon as we can

In the case of returns due to defective product, the shipping cost are at our expense. In addition to the value of the products purchased, the amount relating to the transport cost shall also be reimbursed.
