EUROPE:

Shipments for the rest of Europe are free for orders over 100€. Orders under 100€ have a shipping cost of 15€. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days.

SPAIN (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands):

Shipments for Spain are free for orders over 100€. Orders under 100€ have a shipping cost of 8€.  Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD

Shipments outside Europe will have an additional cost depending on the country. Shipping costs will be displayed in the purchase process. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days. Depending on the country, there may be customs charges that are not included in the shipping cost.

National holidays in Spain may cause delays in deliveries.


BLACK FRIDAY

Your order may be delayed due to the overall increase in shipments made during the Black Friday period. 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

If you wish to receive your order before December 24th, your order must be made before December 17th at 11.00a.m. (GMT + 1) for shipments to Spain or before December 10th to the rest of Europe.

INSURANCE

All Dolfie products are property and responsibility of Dolfie brand until payment is received and products are shipped to the address specified by the customer. 

Products are insured against accidental loss or damage during shipment.

If your shipment takes longer than 10 working days, please contact us.

Exchanges:

We offer one FREE EXCHANGE for another size or style that you prefer for orders above 100€ in the Western Europe (excep UK, Switzerland). We will provide you with a prepaid postage label for your Exchange with collection and delivery at the address provided in your order.

Returns:

For returns without change of size or model, a refund will be issued minus shipping & collection costs:

Europe (Western): € 15 - Spain: € 8 - Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 12, for the 1 product. Additional products will have an extra cost.

UK, Switzerland, Turkey, Non-Western EU, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Russia: Important Note: Due to high shipping costs and customs issues for countries outside of Europe, shipping and returns are complicated and costly. Please consult with us to ensure you choose the perfect size from the beginning! Unfortunately, returns are not accepted due to the associated high costs. We will be happy to assist you in obtaining the perfect size with measurements of your feet.

The product and its packaging must be returned in perfect condition. Courier will pick up in the address provided in the order and refund will be issued once product arrives in our warehouse.

How to make an exchange or return in your Dolfie account?

- Go to dolfieparadise.com

- Log in with your username and password

- Once inside, click on the section "Order history"

- In this section you can select the order and products you want to change or return, by filling the form

- In the field reserved for comments, please indicate the reason for the change or return

- You will receive an email, confirming the registration of your request and we will contact you as soon as we can

In the case of returns due to defective product, the shipping cost are at our expense. In addition to the value of the products purchased, the amount relating to the transport cost shall also be reimbursed.
