Shipping · Zero Drop Heritage Presale

Orders placed during the Zero Drop Heritage pre-order benefit from a 15% early reservation discount.
Shipping will begin between December 18th and 26th.

The pre-order period will remain open until December 23. After this date, styles will return to their regular price.

If you are planning to travel or require a specific delivery date, we recommend contacting us when placing your order so we can take this into account when shipping.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that due to high demand and the holiday season, shipping times may be slightly affected. We are working to ensure that all orders are dispatched as soon as possible.

EUROPE

Shipping is free on orders over €100.
For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €15 will apply.
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 10 business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Madrid. Delivery may take a little longer to more distant destinations within the EU, or to countries with customs procedures such as the UK and Switzerland.

Note: Orders to Switzerland are not eligible for free shipping due to customs duties and taxes.

SPAIN (Mainland, Balearic & Canary Islands)

Shipping is free on orders over €100.
For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €8 will apply.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.


REST OF THE WORLD

International Shipping & Customs

Shipments outside Europe have an additional cost that varies depending on the country; this cost will be shown during the checkout process. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, although depending on the country or customs procedures, it may take a little longer.

Our main goal is for your order to arrive without additional customs fees, taxes, or duties, although for a small independent brand like Dolfie, this requires a great effort. In most cases, orders arrive without any extra charges.

However, on some occasions, customs authorities may temporarily hold a package and request additional documentation (contents, product details, invoice, etc.). This is not very common, but it can happen randomly and may incur extra charges according to the destination country’s regulations. If customs contact you, please write to us first so we can assist you before you provide any information.

While we do our best to avoid additional customs charges, fees, or duties, some costs may be unavoidable depending on the country and local regulations.

Customs: Delays
Shipments to countries requiring customs clearance may experience delays. The process is unpredictable; sometimes packages are released quickly, while other times it can take longer. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control.

Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to high shipping volumes during the Black Friday period.


CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

To receive your order by December 24th, please place it by:

  • December 17th, 11:00 a.m. (GMT+1) for deliveries within Spain
  • December 10th for deliveries to the rest of Europe

INSURANCE

All Dolfie products remain the property and responsibility of the brand until payment is received and the items are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

All shipments are insured against accidental loss or damage during transit.
