DELIVERY TIMING AND METHODS
EU: FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE 100€. ORDERS BELOW 100€ HAVE A STANDARD COST OF 10€. Orders to EU are shipped with UPS and take 3 - 5 working days.
SPAIN: (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS ABOVE 100€. ORDERS BELOW 100€ HAVE A STANDARD COST OF 8€. ENVIALIA service. Estimated delivery time 2-3 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD: International shipping costs vary and are based on the destination country. Delivery costs will be displayed before purchase. UPS service and estimated delivery time 5-15 working days.
Please note that any order made after 13.00h (GMT +1) on Friday through Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on the Monday of the following week. Spanish or Portugal national holidays can also lead to delays in deliveries.
For security and speed, all orders are shipped using UPS or ENVIALIA services. When we dispatch your order, the courier will send you a tracking number that will allow you to check the status of your order and follow its progress at www.ups.com or www.envialia.com.
Deliveries are made between 8.30 and 19.00 and will require a signature to ensure safe and secure delivery of your order.
BLACK FRIDAY: Your shipment might be take longer than usual during this period due to the increase of the shipments that could saturate the couriers. Sorry for the inconveniences.
Christmas deliveries: if you wish to receive your purchase before December 23rd, your order must be made before 19th by 11.00 (GMT + 1) for deliveries within Spain or before December 18th for the rest of Europe.
All Dolfie products remain the property and responsibility of I Love Dolfie S.L. until delivered to the specified delivery address and full payment has been received. Items are insured against theft, loss and accidental damage during delivery. However, this issue will need to be proved by UPS/ENVIALIA services in any case. If a delivery takes more than 8 working days, please contact us. Please notify us this delay within 30 days from the estimated delivery date, so that we can deal with the incident.
