Zen blends traditional craftsmanship with a modern style. It’s our lightest model yet, featuring a wide, comfortable fit designed to give you total freedom of movement.
Each pair is handmade in a family-run workshop in Portugal, using time-honored techniques. The interior is lined with eco-friendly, chemical-free leather that provides exceptional softness and natural comfort. The hand-stitched moccasin construction allows the shoe to adapt organically to your foot.
The ultralight EVA B-Light zero drop sole (11 mm) adds lightness, promotes natural posture, and reduces joint pressure. It’s stitched to the upper for extra durability and features a wave-inspired design, a subtle nod to our connection with the ocean.
Each pair includes two exclusive insoles made from 100% recycled ADT, using foam recovered from discarded products. They are breathable, antibacterial, and provide excellent shock absorption:
- 8 mm insole: For extra cushioning or those transitioning to barefoot-style footwear.
- 3 mm insole: Brings you closer to the ground, aligned with the barefoot philosophy.
Our Leather Commitment
At Dolfie, we place the highest importance on the origin and quality of our leather. We're part of the Leather Working Group, which certifies responsible practices in the leather industry. We only use hides that are by-products of the food industry - no animals are ever harmed for our shoes. We select premium-quality leathers, treated using eco-friendly methods and free from harsh chemicals.

High-quality leather loafers may feel slightly firm at the heel at first. This is normal, and the leather softens quickly as it adapts to your foot. For a quicker break-in, wearing them at home for a few minutes with thicker socks can help the leather relax.
