Duke is made entirely from premium Italian suede, crafted into a loafer designed for a relaxed, open fit and long-term comfort. The suede is soft from day one and begins to mold to your foot within the first few wears.
Hand-sewn in a small family workshop in Portugal with over a century of moccasin experience, Duke sits on a zero-drop base with a natural foot shape. It gives more room around the toes while keeping the familiar loafer look, a classic outline with a more modern feel.
The EVA B-Light sole has a 13 mm thickness, so it won’t flex like a minimal barefoot shoe, but the structure eases with wear and begins to move more naturally over time. Because the upper is stitched to a leather welt, the outsole can be replaced by a skilled cobbler when worn down, extending the life of the shoe.
