SIZE GUIDE SUPERSONIC

HOW TO INTERPRET THE SIZE GUIDE?

In our chart, you can see the insole measurements for each size and the width (shown in the box on the left).

To choose your ideal size:

1. Measure your foot accurately

To measure your foot length correctly, place your heel against a wall and use a book or magazine to gently press against your longest toe. Mark that point and measure the distance: it is the simplest and most precise way to get the true length of your foot.

2. Compare with shoes that already fit you well

If you have shoes that are comfortable (preferably barefoot), measure their inside insoles and compare them with our measurements. This is one of the most reliable ways to find your perfect Dolfie size. Also, check the type of insole: Flat (like Dolfie’s) → you can use the full measurement. If they are Concave (with a small raised edge at the heel) → subtract approximately 0.4–0.5 cm from the total measurement for a correct comparison.

3.Consider the type of insole you prefer among the options we provide, and the fit you want: loose, recommended, or snug.

We recommend leaving up to a maximum of 1 cm difference between your foot measurement and the insole length according to your preference; more than that may feel too loose. the boxes on the left, you can see the length and width of the insole in centimeters.

INSOLE MEASUREMENT:
If you're a barefoot expert and you rely on the insole measurement, keep in mind that the inside of the shoe is approximately 2-3 mm larger than the insole. This means that the shoe will have a small extra margin of space.

Each pair includes two removable insoles: choose between 3 mm and 8 mm according to your preferences.

To choose your correct size, the first thing you should do is check the guide according to the insole you plan to use.

3 mm insole: Comes as an extra inside the box. It doesn’t take up much space in the shoe, so the fit is more spacious or loose (depending on your foot width) compared to the 8 mm insole. Ideal if you’re looking for a more barefoot feel.

8 mm insole: Comes already placed inside the shoe. It takes up more space, which can make the size feel more close-fitting. Choose it if you’re transitioning to barefoot or prefer more cushioning.

FOOT WIDTH:

If your foot is very narrow: If your measurement is in the middle or almost reaching the light green area, choose one size down, especially if you plan to use the 3 mm insole. However, if your measurement is closer to the darker area, stick with that size.

If your foot is very wide and high volume: If your measurement is in the dark green area or close to it, choose one size larger.
