Just three months ago, we launched our first barefoot collection, and we couldn't be happier with the response. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has joined us on this new journey.
From the very beginning, we viewed this phase as a trial period to see how our community would react to this new approach. And the response has been so positive that it motivates us to keep going, to improve, and to grow.
WE'LL KEEP IMPROVING AND CREATING
With everything we’ve learned in these first few months, we’re already working on refining many more details in our upcoming designs: cleaner finishes, better fits, more durable materials… We want each new barefoot model to be a true evolution, without losing the essence that defines us.
NEW TEMPLATE OPTIONS
As winter approaches, we'll be offering insulated thermal insoles and natural wool insoles to keep your feet nice and warm and comfortable during the cold months.
SUPERSONIC N7: NEW VERSION + NEW COLORS
Our Supersonic model has been a huge success since its launch. That's why this September we'll be launching the new version: the Supersonic N7, featuring cleaner lines, structural improvements, and six new colors.
In addition, starting with this new collection, we will be adding size 47—not only to the Supersonic line but also to all our barefoot models—so that more people can find their perfect fit.
We'll be opening pre-orders in the coming weeks. Stay tuned to our newsletter and social media, since—as always—these will be limited editions.
We're also developing an even more minimalist version of the Supersonic, without the side beam. It's part of our medium- to long-term vision, and although it's still in the design phase, we can't wait to show it to you as soon as it's ready.
SEPTEMBER RESTOCKS
Also in September, we'll be restocking two of the models you've asked for the most:
MC5 LTD 2 White and MC5 1 Black & White
And we'll also be introducing a very special new color.
We've already let you know that more MC5 and MC5 LTD combinations are coming in the future.
And that's not all: we're also working on new versions and colors of other beloved models, such as the Zen and Dylan, which will be released later. We want to continue expanding the barefoot family in a balanced way, little by little.
LOOKING AHEAD TO FALL/WINTER
We’re working on a line of designs specifically tailored for the colder months: boots, loafers, and boat shoes, handmade from the highest-quality leathers using truly artisanal craftsmanship. For example, we’re designing a new version of the Zen model as an ankle boot, lined with natural wool, ideal for the coldest days.
In addition, we are developing a new, more flexible rubber outsole with extra width in the midfoot area. This outsole will be used in future versions of the Supersonic with a slightly different fit—offering more width in the midfoot area—designed to provide greater freedom and comfort to those who need it. It is still in the design phase, so we cannot provide a release date, but we wanted to share this update with you.
OUR BAREFOOT SANDALS
We know that many of you were looking forward to our first pair of barefoot sandals this summer after seeing some sneak peeks on social media. Unfortunately, the factory was unable to complete production on time due to high temperatures in Portugal, which forced them to temporarily scale back operations to ensure the safety of the staff.
That has delayed the entire process, so we'll have to postpone the launch until next spring or summer. We're very sorry for the delay and appreciate your understanding.
STEP BY STEP, WITH PURPOSE
Our goal remains the same: to grow gradually, with consistency and authenticity, paying close attention to every detail. New lines, new colors, more options. But always staying true to what makes us Dolfie.
