Dolfie is an independent brand, and we produce in small batches in artisan workshops in Portugal. All orders ship from our warehouse in Madrid, and we cover all or part of the actual shipping costs to keep delivery as affordable as possible.

EU · Zone 1: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic and Sweden.

EU · Zone 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania.

Customs and taxes: All international orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid and included in the price, so you won’t have to pay any additional charges when your order is delivered. If customs unexpectedly asks you to pay an additional charge, please contact us before making any payment so we can look into it.

PREPARATION AND DELIVERY TIMES

We usually prepare and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 business hours. During product launches, pre-orders, Black Friday, Christmas and other busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

The delivery times shown in the table are estimates and start once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once it’s on its way.
