Dolfie is an independent brand, and we produce our items in small batches at artisanal workshops in Portugal. All orders ship from our warehouse in Madrid, and we cover all or part of the actual shipping cost to keep shipping as affordable as possible.

Customs and Taxes: All international orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid and included in the price, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery. In the unlikely event that customs requests an additional payment, please contact us before paying so we can look into it for you.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We typically prepare and ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours. During product launches, pre-orders, Black Friday, Christmas or other periods of high demand, order processing may take a little longer.
The delivery times shown in the table are estimates and begin once your order leaves our warehouse. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

We do not currently ship to Turkey, Russia, Israel, or Ukraine.
