The story of Dolfie

Dolfie was founded in Barcelona in 2007 by Bárbara De Assis and Adolfo Lendoyro, two creatives passionate about design, nature, and the sea. From the beginning, their vision was clear: to create a brand with soul, reflecting their lifestyle and their unique way of seeing fashion, art, and freedom.

Barbara was born in Brazil and grew up between Brazil, Spain, and California. Her father was a musician and her mother an artist, so creativity was always a part of her daily life. As a child, her family moved frequently, living in different countries and absorbing a mix of cultures that shaped her open and free-spirited worldview.

Adolfo, born in Spain, also possessed an insatiable curiosity and a strong desire to explore new paths. He spent years traveling, seeking authentic and meaningful experiences beyond the conventional. When he met Bárbara, they discovered a deep connection and decided to embark together on a project that combined their passions and their shared vision of life.

In 2010, they moved to London after receiving a scholarship at Madrid Fashion Week to study at Central Saint Martins University of the Arts. Since then, they have lived in different places, always drawing inspiration from their surroundings and experiences.

His family lives between California and Fuerteventura, two places that have profoundly influenced Dolfie's identity. Both are closely linked to surf culture, nature, and the ocean. They spend part of the year in each, staying connected to the lifestyle and energy that inspire his creative vision.

Today they live by the sea in southern Spain, surrounded by dunes, with their son and their dogs. Dolfie is the result of this life journey: a brand with a strong identity, based on design, creativity, sustainability, and a conscious and authentic lifestyle, deeply connected with nature.
