How to choose your size:
In our size chart you will find the length and width of the insole corresponding to each size.
To choose the most suitable size, follow these steps:
1. Measure your feet
Measure both feet and use the measurement of the longer one as a reference.
Place your heel against a wall and position a book or magazine upright, gently touching the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance between the wall and the book to obtain your foot length.
2. Compare the measurement with a shoe that already fits you well
If you have a shoe that is comfortable for you, preferably barefoot, remove its insole, measure it and compare its length and width with the measurements in our table.
Take note of the insole's shape:
Flat insole: you can use the full measurement.
Concave insole: If it has a small raised lip at the heel, subtract approximately 0.4 to 0.5 cm from the total length before comparing.
Comparing your measurements with the insole of a shoe that already fits you well is usually one of the most reliable ways to choose your size.
3. Choose the insole and settings you prefer
Each pair includes two removable insoles:
3mm insole: takes up less space and provides a wider fit, plus a more barefoot feel.
8mm insole: provides extra cushioning and makes the fit feel slightly snugger. It's a good option if you're transitioning to barefoot running or prefer more underfoot protection.
Find your foot size on the line corresponding to the insole you want to use and consult the color code to find out the type of fit: light green, loose; medium green, recommended; dark green, tight.
Recommended space
We recommend leaving a maximum of 1 cm between the length of your foot and the length of the insole, depending on the width of your foot and your preferred fit. A larger margin may make the shoe feel too loose.
Additional information for experienced barefoot users
The measurements in the table refer to removable insoles. The interior space of the shoe is approximately 2 to 3 mm longer than the insole, so you will have a small amount of extra room.
Width and volume of the foot
If you have very narrow feet: if your foot measurement falls in the center or near the light green area, you can choose a smaller size, especially if you plan to use the 2mm insole. Only do so if the smaller size still provides enough room in front of your toes. If your measurement is closer to the dark green area, stick with the indicated size.
If you have a very wide or voluminous foot: if your measurement falls within or very close to the dark green area, we recommend choosing one size larger.
