How to Choose Your Size:

In our size chart, you'll find the length and width of the insole for each size.

To choose the right size, follow these steps:

1. Measure your feet

Measure both feet and use the measurement of the longer one as a reference.

Place your heel against a wall and position a book or magazine vertically so that it gently touches the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance between the wall and the book to find the length of your foot.

2. Compare the measurement to a pair of shoes that already fit you well

If you have a pair of shoes that you find comfortable—preferably barefoot-style—remove the insole, measure it, and compare its length and width to the measurements in our chart.

Keep in mind the shape of the template:

  • Flat template: You can use the full measurement.

  • Concave insole: If it has a small raised ridge at the heel, subtract approximately 0.4 to 0.5 cm from the total length before comparing it.

Comparing your measurements to the size chart for a pair of shoes that already fit you well is usually one of the most reliable ways to choose your size.

3. Choose the template and layout you prefer

Each pair includes two removable insoles:

  • 3-mm insole: takes up less space and provides a roomier fit, as well as a more barefoot-like feel.

  • 8 mm insole: provides greater cushioning and makes the fit feel slightly snugger. It's a good option if you're transitioning to barefoot running or prefer more protection underfoot.

Find your foot size on the line corresponding to the insole you want to use, and check the color code to see the fit: light green, loose; medium green, recommended; dark green, snug.

Recommended spot

We recommend leaving no more than 1 cm between the length of your foot and the length of the insole, depending on the width of your foot and your preferred fit. Any more space than that may make the shoes feel too loose.

Additional Information for Experienced Barefoot Runners

The measurements in the size chart refer to the removable insoles. The inside of the shoe is approximately 2–3 mm longer than the insole, so you’ll have a little extra room.

Foot width and volume

If you have a very narrow foot:If your foot measurement falls in the center or near the light green area, you can choose one size smaller, especially if you plan to use the 2-mm insole. Only do this if the smaller size still provides enough room in the toe box. If your measurement is closer to the dark green area, stick with the recommended size.

If you have very wide feet or a lot of foot volume:if your measurement falls within or very close to the dark green zone, we recommend going up one size.
