Do you already own a pair of Supersonics? If your current size fits well, you can probably choose the same size. But keep in mind that the new versions have thinner insoles (2 and 6 mm instead of 3 and 8 mm), so the fit may feel slightly different.
How to Use This Guide
In this size chart, you'll find the length and width of the insole for each size.

1. Choose the insole you want to use
The new V2 versions include two removable inserts, 2 mm and 6 mm. Previous versions included 3 mm and 8 mm insoles.
- 2-mm insole: takes up less space, provides a roomier fit, and offers a more barefoot feel.
- 6-mm insole: provides more cushioning and a slightly snugger fit than the 2 mm insole, but leaves more room inside the shoe than our old 8-mm insole.
- Both insoles together: If you prefer cushioning similar to that of the old 8-mm insole, you can use both insoles together, as long as the fit is comfortable and your foot doesn’t feel cramped.
2. Find your size in the chart
Find your foot length on the line corresponding to the insole you plan to use. The color coding indicates how the fit will feel:
- Light green: loose-fitting.
- Medium green: recommended.
- Dark green: tight-fitting.

Foot width and volume
If you have a very narrow foot:If your foot measurement falls in the center or near the light green area, you can choose one size smaller, especially if you plan to use the 2-mm insole. Only do this if the smaller size still provides enough room in the toe box. If your measurement is closer to the dark green area, stick with the recommended size.
If you have very wide feet or a lot of foot volume:if your measurement falls within or very close to the dark green zone, we recommend going up one size.
Additional Information
The measurements in the size chart refer to the removable insoles. The inside of the shoe is approximately 2–3 mm longer than the insole, so you’ll have a little extra room.
