IMPORTANT FIT NOTE:

If you have narrow, low-volume feet and slim ankles, we recommend choosing one size down.

How to interpret this guide

In this table you will find the length and width of the insole corresponding to each size.

If you haven't yet measured your feet correctly or want to compare the measurements with the insole of a shoe that already fits you well, first consult our complete advice for choosing your size.

1. Choose the insole you want to use

The new V2 versions include two removable insoles of 2 and 6 mm. Previous versions included insoles of 3 and 8 mm.

  • 2mm insole: takes up less space, provides a wider fit and offers a more barefoot feel.
  • 6mm insole: provides more cushioning and a slightly tighter fit than the 2mm insole, but leaves more internal space than our old 8mm insole.
  • Both insoles together: If you prefer cushioning similar to the old 8mm insole, you can use both insoles together, provided the fit is comfortable and your foot does not feel compressed.

2. Find your size in the table

Find your foot length on the line corresponding to the insole you want to use. The color code indicates how the fit will feel:

  • Light green: loose.
  • Medium green: recommended.
  • Dark green: adjusted.

In the boxes on the left you will find the length and width of the insole for each size.

Width and volume of the foot

If you have very narrow feet: if your foot measurement falls in the center or near the light green area, you can choose a smaller size, especially if you plan to use the 2mm insole. Only do so if the smaller size still provides enough room in front of your toes. If your measurement is closer to the dark green area, stick with the indicated size.

If you have a very wide or voluminous foot: if your measurement falls within or very close to the dark green area, we recommend choosing one size larger.

Additional information

The measurements in the table refer to removable insoles. The interior space of the shoe is approximately 2 to 3 mm longer than the insole, so you will have a small amount of extra room.
