Dolfie was founded in Barcelona in 2007 by Bárbara De Assis and Adolfo Lendoyro, two creatives with a deep passion for design, nature, and the sea. From the beginning, their vision was clear: to create a brand with soul, one that reflected their lifestyle and their unique way of seeing fashion, art, and freedom.

Bárbara was born in Brazil and grew up between Brazil, Spain, and California. Her father was a musician and her mother an artist, so creativity was always part of her everyday life. As a child, her family moved often, living in different countries and absorbing a mix of cultures that shaped her open-minded and free-spirited view of the world.

Adolfo, born in Spain, also had a restless curiosity and a strong desire to explore new paths. He spent years traveling, searching for real, meaningful experiences beyond the conventional. When he met Bárbara, they discovered a powerful connection and decided to start something together that blended their passions and their shared perspective on life.

In 2010, they moved to London after receiving a scholarship at Madrid Fashion Week to study at Central Saint Martins University of the Arts. Since then, they’ve lived in different places, always drawing inspiration from the environments and experiences around them.

Their family is split between California and Fuerteventura, two places that have deeply influenced Dolfie’s identity. Both locations are closely tied to surf culture, nature, and the ocean. They spend part of the year in each, staying connected to the lifestyle and energy that inspire their creative vision.

Today, they live by the sea in southern Spain, surrounded by sand dunes, along with their son and their dogs. Dolfie is the result of this life journey: a brand with a strong identity, built on design, creativity, sustainability, and a conscious, authentic way of living, deeply connected to the natural world.

Overconsumption and fast fashion are harming our planet at an alarming rate.
Dolfie was born out of a desire to break free from that cycle and return to a slower, more meaningful way of creating, one where craftsmanship, quality, and sustainability truly matter.

Each piece is handmade in ethical workshops in Southern Europe, using locally sourced, planet-friendly materials.
Our mission is simple: to create beautiful things, with soul, and with the least impact possible on the Earth.

We believe in living with intention, staying true to our values, and finding joy in the everyday.
This is our story, one of choosing simplicity, redefining beauty in our own way, and, above all, choosing love

Thank you for being part of this dream.
Peace & Love.
