The Cost of War and the Power of Peace
History has shown us that war brings nothing but destruction, suffering, and loss. If we truly understood this, would wars still exist?
Why do wars happen?
Wars are not fought for freedom or justice. More often, they are driven by power, greed, and control. A small elite profits from conflict, shaping narratives, manipulating governments, and influencing the media to keep the war machine running.
Divide and conquer, a tactic used for centuries to keep people divided, making it easier to control them. Whether through politics, religion, race, or class, those in power fuel division to maintain their grip on society.
They thrive on fear. They need us to turn against each other, to see enemies where there are none. Meanwhile, the war industry flourishes, nations arm themselves, and unimaginable amounts of money are spent on destruction instead of progress.
But what do ordinary people truly want? Peace. A simple life with their families, safety, and a future built on cooperation rather than conflict.
The real battle isn’t between nations, it’s between greed and humanity. And real change doesn’t start with governments; it starts with us.
We can choose unity over division. We can reject the fear they sell us and build a world where respect, dignity, and kindness define our progress.
Because in the end, we are all the same, and we all have the right to be here.
Be kind. Stay true. Spread love. Peace begins with you.
